Instructions for using the Irish bus search tools:
  • Enter the place(s) you want to search for, and press Search. 

  • Give as much detail as you can
    eg to search for buses between Dublin and Galway, enter both Dublin and Galway

  • If you put the search term in double-quotes (eg  "Cork to Waterford"), you will get results that include the exact phrase inside the quote-marks.

  • If you don't use quote marks, the results will include websites that include any of the words used, (eg searching for    Killarney Kerry    returns sites that have either Killarney or Kerry)

  • The Private-bus-search tool looks at websites for non-state-owned bus companies only.  The All-bus-search tool looks at websites for all companies offering scheduled public transport services (subject to the coverage
